MRS. LENA DUDLEY DIES IN OAKWOOD.
Mrs. Lena James Dudley of Hannibal, who for many years lived in Withers Mill community, passed away Sunday afternoon at Long Rest Home in Oakwood. She was the widow of Claude C. Dudley. The oldest member of Providence Baptist church, she was a daughter of one of the founders of the church. Surviving are three children, Mrs. Frank Seibel, of Hannibal; Rear Admiral James R. Dudley, of Washington, D. C. and Captain Clayton Dudley of the U. S. Navy, who leaves this week for a government post in England. Funeral rites will be held this afternoon at 2:30 at Fifth Street Baptist church in Hannibal and burial will be in Providence cemetery at Withers Mill.
