Mack Skaggs Burks, 1712 Guilford Lane, age 56, died Wednesday at his home. Services 2 pm Friday at Nichols Hills United Methodist Church. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery, directed by Hahn-Cook, Street & Draper. Born in Dallas, TX, he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity, Oklahoma City University, and Beacon Club, a member of Nichols Hills UMC, a World War II veteran of the US Navy. Memorials to the American Heart Association or the University of Oklahoma Health & Sciences Center. Survived by his wife, Peggy Burks, of the home; daughters, Mrs Cynthia Starling, Montgomery, AL; Mrs Susan Dina, Dallas, TX; Mrs Carol Hawk, Hurst, TX; grandchildren, Carrie and Christopher Hawk and Jay Sterling; brother, Cooper Burks; mother-in-law, Mrs Helen Crosswhite, Oklahoma City.
