Bruce Otto Wiley was the second child and first son born to Jacob and Elizabeth (Steiding) Wiley, on 03 August 1900 in Garrett County, Maryland.
Bruce Otto was a B & O Railroad Yard Master. He married Pansie Marie Barnhouse, daughter of Troy Morrell Barnhouse and Eva Clara Phillips.
"Otto" and Pansie had a stillborn child January 3, 1932.
"Otto" and Pansie had the following two sons that survived them: Ronald Keith, and Bruce Otto,Jr.,
"Otto" died on 06 August 1965 in Romney, Hampshire County, West Virginia. He had been retired from his Rail Road job and he had just turned 65 years old. (Just 4 years after his Mother Elizabeth passed away).
His wife Pansie passed away on 22 March 1971 in Keyser. They are buried at Queen's Point Cemetery, Keyser, Mineral County, West Virginia.
