"Quicksburg, May 23---Louis Miller Will, 81, well-known retired farmer and father of Edwin E. Will, superintendent of Bath County schools, died at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital this morning at 11:15. He suffered a paralytic stroke and had been a patient in the hospital since March 27. Mr. Will had many friends on both sides of the Shernandoah-Rockingham line. He had lived in this community since 1915. Mr. Will was a member of St. Mary's Lutheran Church since a boy. He was born at Timberville and was a son of Charles and Mary E. Miller Will. An orphan at the age of six, he went to live with his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Fitzmoyer who reared him in their home near here. Thirty years ago he moved to Quicksburg. His wife, the former Ada Florence Grim, died several years ago. He is survived by three sons, Charles N. and Albert S. Will of Quicksburg, and Edwin E. Will of Warm Springs. Two sons, Luther and William Franklin, preceded him in death. He also leaves a brother, Frank Will, and a sister, Mrs. James Mason of Broadway. Funeral services will be held from the Dellinger Funeral Chapel at Mt. Jackson Thursday afternoon at two o'clock, the Rev. Luke L. Linebarger officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery. Pallbearers will be: W. H. Miller, Harold Henry, E. J. Buchanan, Forest Zirkle, Noah Minnick and Holmes Fowle."
