Mrs. Alice Warbler, 79, a former Kohler resident, died Sunday, at the Morningside Health Center.
The former Alice Mannis was born in Port Washington Sept 25, 1908, daughter of the late Ruben and Margaret Mahoney Mannis. The family moved to Sheboygan where she attended St. Peter Claver School.
On June 4, 1930 she married Ralph Warbler in Sheboygan. He preceded her in death November 24, 1984.
Alice was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Kohler and St. Anne Society of the parish.
She is survived by two sons, Lee (Roberta) and Doyle (Marie) both of Sheboygan; two daughters, Mrs. Jeanne Simek, of Sheboygan and Mrs. James (Sheila) Cudworth, of Chrystal Lake, Ill.; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Harlan (Judith) Held, of Kohler; 15 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Wayne, two brothers and six sisters.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at St. John the Evangelist Church, by , the pastor, Rev. Louis Wilimek. The mass will be preceded by family rites at the Habermann Funeral Home, 805 N. 6th St. Entombment will take place in Garden Terrace Mausoleum. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home where a parish vigil will be held at 7 p.m. this evening
