Dr. Cook was a graduate of the Homopathic College of the University of Michigan, Class of 1889. He took a post graduate course in Rush Medical College in Chicago. He practiced throughout the years in several cities. He spent most of his later years in Arizona and New Mexico.
His siblings: Mrs. J.P. Dunn, James and William.
James and William were attorneys and lived in Texarkana, Ark. He also had one nephew William J. Cook who was an attorney in Detroit.
Dr. Cook's death certificate states he died in Livingston, Michigan. His obit states he died in Detroit.
Death certificate states his burial is in Holt, Michigan. Maple Ridge Cemetery (517) 694-2135 does not show that he is buried there.
