Mrs. Annie Spencer Hornback, 82, of Horse Cave, died Wednesday morning at Humana Hospital University in Louisville after a lengthy illness. She was a member of White Mills Baptist Church.
Funeral will be at 2 pm Friday at Winn Funeral Home with burial in Harper Cemetery. Visitation is in progress at the funeral home.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Mary Huff of Louisville; two sons, James Bee Spencer of Irving, Ill. and Stabley Spencer of Horse Cave; 20 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
