Edith Pauline Lewis Chadwell, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Saturday, July 14th, 2012 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma at the age of 85. Born in Tazewell, Tennessee to the late James H. and Alice Edds Lewis, Mrs. Chadwell was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Estill Springs. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Chadwell is preceded in death by two brothers, John Joseph Lewis and Jack Edds Lewis. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Joe Chadwell of Tullahoma; one sister-in-law, Gloria Lewis of Tullahoma; two nieces, Diann Eisenhauer and her husband Dwight of Robstown, TX and Kim Chittum and her husband Ken of Tullahoma; three nephews, Rev. John Lewis and his wife Helen of Tazewell, TN, Tim Lewis and his wife Alfreda of Kingsport, TN and Richard Lewis and his wife Denise of Florida; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mrs. Chadwell will be held on Monday, July 16th, 2012 from 4:30-8:00pm with the funeral service to begin at 8:00pm in the Kilgore Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Patton and Rev. John Lewis officiating. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 17th at 10:00am at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma.
