Letha M. Westfall, 91, of Crossville, died Sunday, July 15, 2012, at Meadowood Nursing Home in Grayville. She was born September 15, 1920 in Alton, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Brandt) Hahnenkamp. She married James Westfall on June 20, 1954, and he preceded her in death on October 1, 1990.

Letha was an active member of the Crossville Missionary Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school, was a pianist, and Bible school worker. She was a retired postmaster, an agent for Modern Woodmen of America, and a newspaper correspondent. In her free time, she enjoyed watching television and playing her piano.

Survivors include two sons and their wives, Kevin and Cynthia Westfall of Crossville, Larry and Deborah Forrest of Madison, Ala.; a daughter and her husband, Sherrie and Bruce Morlock of Crossville; six grandchildren, Branden Westfall, Teresa (Jeff) Hancock, Cherie (Mike) Webb, Elijah Locher, Isaiah Locher, and Jed Locher; six great grandchildren, Laura Beth Hancock, Forrest Hancock, Cherish Westfall, Caydon Westfall, Brooklyn Locher and Isaac Locher.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother Henry Hahnenkamp; and sister Mildred Reed.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 17 at Cook Funeral Chapel in Crossville. The funeral is at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 18 at Crossville Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Stokes Chapel Cemetery near Crossville.

Memorials may be made to the Crossville Missionary Baptist Church.
