Mrs. Katie Houck Samsell, 91, of Marlowe, W. Va., Falling Waters, Rt. 1, died Sunday afternoon at Friendship Manor Nursing Home on Virginia Ave., Hagerstown.
She was the widow of J. W. Wesley Samsell of Marlowe, W. Va.
She was a daughter of the late Henry and Clarinda Barnes Houck of Marlowe.
Mrs. Samsell was a member of the Harmony Methodist Church of Marlowe.
She leaves, two sons, J. Wesley Samsell of Fayetteville, Pa., and Homer W. Samsell of Falling Waters, Marlowe; four grandchildren, one niece and nephews.
