Agnes' parents were Elias Maclin Sr. and Euceba 'Ebie' Francesca (Burns) Howard. She had 15 brother's and sisters. (Leander, Adeline, John, Wesley, Leonard, Burnetta, Denny/Henry, Nellie, Arthur, Marion, Elias Maclin jr., Grace, Euceba 'Dolly', George 'Dewey' and Richard 'Hobson'.
Agnes married George William Hoover on Feb 2, 1907 in Kelso, Cowlitz County, WA. Together they had 7 children:

Hoover, Mrs. Agnes H., 79, of 805 1/2 S. 8th Ave., Kelso, died Aug 26 in a
local hospital. She was born July 8, 1890 in Oregon City, Ore., lived here
since she was two years old, raised in the Ostrander area, and was a member
of the First Baptist Church in Kelso.
Survivors include two sons, Elmer of Kelso and Clifton of San Diego, Calif.;
two daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Knudtson of Junction City, Ore. and Mrs. Betty
Krenz of St Helens Ore.; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Frances Nelson of Tacoma.
Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Ditlevsen-Moore Chapel with
the Rev. Richard Peterson officiating. Concluding services and interment
will be in Cowlitz View Memorial Gardens. Ditlevsen-Moore Funeral Home is in charge
