Mr. James Calvin "Beau" Walden, age 53, of Rock Hill, died Sunday, July 15, 2012, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Wolfe Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Jonathan Vigier officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the home of Jennifer and Jonathan Vigier.
A native of Rock Hill, "Beau" was a son of the late John Taplan Walden, Sr., Dessie Eva Lipe Baker and his stepfather, Aaron Baker. He was an iron worker and enjoyed fishing and playing pool.
Surviving are his children, Jennifer Childers-Vigier of Fort Mill, Travis Walden of Rock Hill and Jessica Walden of Rock Hill; his wife, Janet Crosby Walden; his brother, Johnny Walden, Jr. of Rock Hill; four sisters, Barbara Marlin of Halifax, Pennsylvania, Delain W. Robertson of Barstow, California, Deborah W. Hayes of Sharon and Janice W. Paquette of Barstow, California; and three grandchildren, Brianna, Audrey and Nicolas.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Walden of Fort Mill.
