Clarence Rogers was lovingly called "Uncle Toots" by the family. Clarence and his wife Mary raised their nephew Willie George Kliem along with Willie's sister LaValla Kliem Hamilton from their early childhood. They all lived and worked in the Northline area of Houston, TX. Also together, they enjoyed salt water fishing and other activities in Matagorda TX where they had a small beach cabin. "Uncle Toots" and Aunt Mary were a joy to all of us who were blessed to a part of their lives. They made a difference for the better and are greatly missed.
