Henry Hardgrove, well known resident of Cato where he had spent his whole
life passed away at his home there this morning, aged 50. He had been ill for
two months but news of his death came as a shock to friends. He had been a
farmer at Cato for many years and was widely known. Besides his wife, Mr.
Hardgrove is survived by one daughter, LaVerne, at home. The funeral will
probably be held on Monday.

Hardgrove Burial to Be on Monday
Funeral services for Henry Hardgrave, Cato Man, whose death occurred yesterday,
will be held from the home Monday morning and burial will be at Clarks Mills.
Mr. Hardgrave was 52 years of age and in addition to his wife and a daughter, he is
survived by one sister, Mrs. Soper of Stevens Point. He was a member of the
Catholic Foresters and one of the best known residents of Cato.
