Marjorie R. ( nee Strauss) Mapp, 78 Of Ridley Twp., Holmes, PA Marjorie R. (nee Strauss) Mapp, died Wednesday July 18, 2012 in the Crozer Keystone Hospice in Taylor Hospital, Ridley Park, PA. Born in Leithsville, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and the late Anna ( nee Strock) Strauss. She was a resident of Holmes for the past 50 years. She was a Homemaker, who was dedicated to her family. Marjorie was an active member with Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Secane. She enjoyed collecting light houses, dolls, bells and was an avid reader. Pre-deceased by her daughter Mary E. Mapp; 2 brothers Kenneth and Robert Strauss; 5 sisters Grace Ruch, Ruth Moyer, Florence Arena, Verna Fluck and Eunice Hanselman. Survived by her husband of 53 years Forrest B. Mapp; her son Edward Mapp; 3 sisters Dorothy Daneker, Betty Shannon and Faye Wetzel. Funeral service Wednesday at 10 AM at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 2545 Franklin Ave., Secane. Visitation Wednesday 9 to 10 AMat Holy Spirit Lutheran Church. Burial Edgewood Memorial Park Co., Glen Mills. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 2545 Franklin Ave,, Secane, PA 19018. Arr: Kevin M.
