Born in Prizzi, Sicily, on April 14, 1911, the son of Francesco and Domenica Marino Accomando, he married Anna Marino of Prizzi on April 30, 1949, there.
Mr. Accomando had been a resident of Fort Atkinson since 1956, moving here from Sicily. He was employed by James Mfg. Co. for 20 years before retirement in 1976. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife; a son, Frank (Barbara), Richland Center; a daughter, Mrs. Joe (Mimma) Nelson, Fort Atkinson; four grandchildren, Laura Elizabeth and Joseph Robert Accomando, Richland Center, and Nicholas Joe and Adam Peter Nelson, Fort Atkinson, and a sister, Mrs. Nina Marino, also of Fort Atkinson.
Services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in Dunlap Memorial Home and at 10:30 in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, the Rev. Alfred P. Endres officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at Dunlap Memorial Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday when the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
