Succumbs At 84
Mrs. Margaret Fennel Sanderson, 84, of Leighton; passed away at the residence Monday at 6 p.m.,
She was a native of Colbert County, and had lived here most of her life. She was a member of the Leighton Methodist Church.
Services will be Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock with Rev. W. H. Barber, pastor of Leighton Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the King Cemetery. Remains will be at the resident until time for services.
Surviving are a son, George E. Sanderson of Leighton; a daughter, Mrs. Percy H. Alexander of Leighton; two brothers, James C. Fennel; Ben K. Fennel, all of Leighton; ;two sisters, Mrs. Mary Sewell, and Mrs. L. G. Delony.
Bearers will be James Doane, Eugene Blythe, Gus Blythe, John B. Sewell, Ben Fennel, Jr., Jimmy Fennel, Delony Blythe, Paul Jones.
Brown-Service of Tuscumbia is in charge of arrangements.
