At age 17, August 11, 1889, Rose wed Charles H. Kai in Beloit, Wisconsin. There were no issue from her first marriage, and she married again to William Thomas Henry Myers in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, April 16, 1893. Of this union were born a daughter, Grace C. Myers, Wisconsin, May 1890, and son Harold William Myers, California, May 11, 1900. Her final marriage was in 1924 to William Sierck in Santa Rosa, California. Rose passed away at 91 years of age.
