Francisca Puyot, 81, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 10, 2012. She was born October 4, 1930 in Siquieros Sinaloa, Mexico.
Francisca worked at the Joe Maggio Company in Holtville for 32 years. Francisca, aka "Panchita", is preceded in death by her husband, Irenio Puyot Sr.; son, Irenio Puyot Jr.; Mark Moreno and parents, Agapita and Angel Fonseca.
She is survived by her sons, Gene and Angel Puyot of Holtville; daughters, Estella (Santos) Triste of Tucson, AZ, Mercedes (Tony) Banuelos of Holtville, Nancy (Reynaldo) Lucero of San Diego, Bonnie Puyot-Moreno of Holtville, Angie Tolentino of Tijuana; and daughter-in-law, Jennie Puyot of Holtville; siblings, Barbara Tolentino of San Jose, Pete Fonseca of Grand Terrace, CA, and Raymond Fonseca of Florida; 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at St. Joseph Church in Holtville on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 6 to 9 p.m. Rosary will begin at 7 p.m. Morning Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 18 at 9 a.m.; interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro immediately after Mass.
