Services were held at the Kaun Funeral home for Charles Oscar Alexander, 68, of Bogus Brook, who died at the Princeton Community Hospital. He had ill for 5 years. Death was caused by cancer.
Charles Alexander was the son of Mr and Mrs Andrew Carlson and was born in Gothenburg, Sweden, on Sept 18, 1890. He came to New York City, about 1913, and remained there for 10 years. He then went to Stillwater and in a few months removed to St Paul.
He was married in Princeton, August 30, 1924, to Mary Elizabeth Peterson. They made their home in the Princeton area, since 1929.
Besides his wife, Mr. Alexander is survived by two sons, Lloyd V. and Ray E., both of Princeton; a brother Henning Carlson of Gothenburg, Sweden; seven grandchildren, three nieces and one nephew.
