Mrs. Sanders, 87, was born to Mont. R. and Eva L. Johnson Haines in Drumwright, Okla. She and her husband, Bill, married in 1940 and spent most of their married life in Southern California, where Mrs. Sanders worked as an electronic technician and raised her family. She moved to Patterson five years ago. Mrs. Sanders is survived by a brother, Raymond Haines of Nashville, Tenn; her daughters, Kay and Terry, six grand-children; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Sanders, who died in 1996; and by her parents; two brothers; and a sister. A Celebration of Life will be held in Patterson, Calif. on February 26, 2011.
