Maggie Jane Denny Burnett (Aunt Maggie) was born Feb 9, 1883 in Grayson County Texas to Mr and Mrs. L.C. Denny. She moved to Denny Community, now called Valley View with her Parents.

Aunt Maggie graduated from Iowa Park high school in 1903 she was married in 1911 on Jan 1st, in Iowa Park and lived in Deep Creek before moving back to Iowa Park in 1941. Maggie Jane was a member of the First Baptist Church of Iowa Park, Texas and past president of the WMU.

Aunt Maggie was preceded in death by her Parents and her husband Will and only child in 1912. Survivors include her brother Earl Denny of Iowa Park and three sisters Mrs. Lottie Lochridge, Mrs. Katherine Ford and Marie Callon all of Iowa Park .

Aunt Maggie was laid to rest in Highland Cemetery, next to her husband and Daughter .
