LOWVILLE — Edward J. Jaconski, 51, owner and operator of the Glenfield IGA Store since 1953, died Friday night in Lewis County General Hospital, where he was admitted after suffering a heart attack.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary O'Connor Jaconski; two sons, Thomas, Glenfield, John Rochester and a brother, Theodore T., Remsen.
The funeral was this morning at 10:30 in St. Mary's Church, Glenfield, Rev. Albert Salmon, pastor, officiating.
Spring burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery. Military services were held at the vault at Lowville Rural Cemetery. Watertown Daily Times, Monday, January 3, 1972
