Mrs. Mary Davis
Mrs. Mary Biesecker Davis, 80 of Route 6, Frankfort, Indiana, died Monday in University Hospital, Indianapolis, following a three week illness.
Mrs. Davis, a native of Howard County, operated the Jefferson Telephone Company from 1938 until retiring in 1954. She resided at Cutler prior to moving to Jefferson.
In 1917 she was married to William C. Davis who died in 1968.
Surviving are two sons: Junior of Route 6, Frankfort; and Robert of Crawfordsville; four daughters: Mrs. Henry (Olive) Roth of Rossville; Mrs. Gerald Swain of Noblesville; Mrs. Howard Todd and Mrs. Robert Pearcy, both of Route 6, Frankfort; two sisters and four brothers.
Services were at Frankfort Wednesday and interment was in Ball Hill Cemetery.
