Jessie B. Franks, 94, a homemaker and member of New Banklick Baptiat Church in Independence, died Wednesday. Surviving are a daughter, Margie Judge of Milford; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husban, Robert Franks, in 1991, and a son, Guy Webster in 1998. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon, and the service at noon today at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.

Note: Mrs. Franks was the daughter of John Edward Brewster and America Sparks. Kentucky Death Certificate #02850.
