"Once owned the Hawkins farm on Pond Path in South Setauket in 1847, which he sold to Amos C. Smith of South Setauket, whose wife, Lucinda & son, Frederick A. Smith inherited after Amos' death. Fred Smith sold the farm, which grew to 18 acres, to my Great-Uncle, Anthony Poulinos (Poulianos/Poulos) in 1920, who later, officially sold it to my Grand-Father, Louis Poulinos (Poulianos/Poulos) by 1924, which since had been known as the 'Poulos Farm' until 1984."
