Solomon Franklin Randolph died January 30, 1945 at the state hospital in Farmington, Mo. Mr. Randolph was born at Point Pleasant, Mo., November 9, 1891 and was 53 years, 2 months, 21 days of age at his death.
He is survived by one son, Faris Randolph, Hayti; two daughters, Hetty Lois Thomas, Piggott, Ark. and Mrs. Mary Stone, Hayti; one sister, Mrs. John R. Foster, Glass, Tenn.; five brothers, Dewey, John and Norval Randolph, Hayti, Amos, St. Louis and James Randolph, Memphis; also four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church in Hayti, Feburary 1, at 2:30 p.m., the Rev. E.C. Ellis officiating.
Interment was in Woodlawn cemetery at Hayti.
