Services will be at 2 pm Monday in Merritt Funeral Home chapel for Mrs Melissa E. Rogers, 80, of 5721 NW 40, who died Saturday. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Born in Tennessee, she came to Oklahoma during her childhood. She lived at Davis until 1929, when she came here. Her husband, W. L., who died in 1957, had operated a grocery store in the area. She was a member of Putnam City Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs O. C. Wallis, 5707 NW 40, four grandsons and 15 great grandchildren.
