Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Frazee Fike; Friends are being received in the James R. William Funeral Home, Markleysburg, until 11 a.m. and in Asher Glade Church of the Brethren, Friendsville, Md. 1 to 2 p.m. the hour of service. Rev. Robert Miller will officiate.
