JOSEPH ARSENAULT

SOUTH PARIS - Joseph (Emile) Arsenault, 83, died Saturday at the Market Square Health Care Facility, He was a resident of 30 Pine st. and had lived in the area for many years. He was born in Tighish, Prince Edward Island July 23, 1904, teh son of Charles and Marianne Perry Arsenault. He had attended schools in Prince Edward Island and was a communicant of St. Catherine 's Catholic church in Norway. Mr. Arsenault was a self employed narner in the South Paris area for more than 30 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was married in Rumford on April 23, 1938 to the former Joyce Sennett. Survivors include his wife of South Paris; a son Harold Arsenault of Lewiston; a daughter Mrs. Wilbur (Dianne) Cox of Farmington; three sisters, Mrs. Bridget Merchant of Rumford, Mrs. Tessie Blaisdell of Bryant Pond and Mrs. Clara Menard of Tewksbury, Mass; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceased by a son, Clifford Arsenault, who died in 1984.

ARSENAULT - Died in South Paris Feb. 20, 1988, Joseph Emile Arsenault, age 83. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Norway. Interment in the spring in the Woodlawn cemetery, Andover, Maine. Friends are invited to call at the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 24 Fair St., Norway from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Monday.
