Marjory Isabella was the daughter of Susan Hopkins and Bela Rendell ... she was raised in Heart's Content, Newfoundland. She moved to St. John's during WWII where she met her first husband Arthur Smith who was serving in the Royal Canadian Navy .... they had one son and moved to his hometown of Weston, Ontario after the war. Her second husband was Beverly (Bert) Pulsifer from Nova Scotia. They moved to Kirkland Lake where he had his own business. He passed away in 1987. She later moved to Brampton to be closer to her son David who had been living with his father until his death in 1997. She met and got involved with Stan McClean in 2000 and they spent a few years together before she had to go into a nursing home in 2005. She was never aware that her son predeceased her in 2008.
