Descendant of Jacob Brookover

Frank was the son of George Washington Brookover and Mary Leedom Brookover. He died at the age of 25, leaving behind his wife Carrie, their sons Colin and David and daughter Doris.
In 1900 he was a News Agent and in 1905 he was working as a bookkeeper for the National Commerce Bank in Kansas City, Missouri.

Obituary
Frank Brookover died at the home of his father, George Brookover Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm, aged 25 years and some months. Mr. Brookover had been in poor health for some time and had traveled extensively over the West with some hope of gaining strength but his condition grew worse and he returned Friday from New Mexico and lived until the next day.
Funeral services were conducted Monday at 1pm by Rev. O. Beistle, after which the remains were taken to Carrollton and laid to rest in the Oak Hill Cemetery. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the entire community in this their sad hour of bereavement.
