Judith E. Antle, age 87 years Louisville, KY, formerly of the Glens Fork Community of Adair Co., KY, passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Masonic Widows and Orphans Home, in Louisville, KY.

The funeral service will be at 1pmCT, Monday, November 22, 2010, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Stanley Watson the officiating clergy. Interment in Haven Hill Cemtery, 1276 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 2pmCT, Sunday, November 21, 2010.

Judith E. Antle, Adair Co., KY (1923-2010)

Judith E. Antle was the daughter of the late James Hardin and Fannie Collins Aaron of Adair Co., KY. She was born on January 22, 1923 and died Saturday, November 20, 2010, in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY, at the age of 87 years, 9 months, and 29 days.

She is survived by the following: One daughter Elaine Rogers and husband William Neely of Louisville, KY

She married Talmage Antle, the love of her life on March 3, 1941, in Columbia, KY He preceded her in death Feb. 23, 1987.

She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Dan Rogers, September 131, 1998.

She was a resident of Glens Fork, KY, for 65 years, 9 years resident of Columbia, KY, and spent the last 13 years of her life in Louisville, KY.
Preceded in death by four sisters, Mary Pustay, Minnie Beasler, Annie Harvey, and Malba Bennett, also by two brothers, Eugene and Thomas Aaron. She was a life long member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church of the Glens Fork Community. She attended Cresent Hill Baptist Church, Louisville, KY, and was a member of the Agape Sunday School Class there. She was an outstanding seamstress and vegetable gardener. She love and enjoyed spending time with her family and attending any function that her great grand-children were involved in.

She was a homemaker and factory worker.

Memorial are suggested to the Masonic Home of Louisville Wings of Dove Palletive Care Masonic Home, KY 40041.

ANTLE, JUDITH, passed away November 20, 2010.

Her funeral was held November 22, 2010 in Columbia, KY. Mrs. Antle was born January 22, 1923 to John H. and Fannie Aaron in rural Adair County. She married Talmage Antle on March 3, 1941. In earlier years, she was an accomplished seamstress and gardener. In later years, "Jute" as she was known to many, rarely missed her great-grandchildren's school events, ballgames or horse shows. She is greatly loved and missed by her family and friends. She attended Crescent Hill Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Agape Sunday Class.

Her husband preceded her in death on February 23, 1987; and son-in-law, Dan H. Rogers. She is survived by one daughter, S. Elaine Rogers ( Bill Neely); two granddaughters, Madonna Rogers Stengel (Todd), Danielle Rogers-Candee (Phil); five great-greatchildren, Raeann, Jacob and Ross Stengel, Daniel and Nate Candee. A memorial service is planned January 22, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Crescent Hill Baptist Church.

Memorial contributions can be made to Crescent Hill Baptist Church or the donor's favorite charity.
