Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Emma D. Carver; five children, William S. Carver, J. E. Carver, both of Charleston, E. C. Carver, Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. O. L. Parsons, Charleston, and Mrs. J. C. Hogge, Baltimore, Maryland; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Henry Carver, Wilkes, Pennsylvania, and Arthur Carver, Trafford, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Carver had been a resident of Charleston since 1912.
The body is at the Bartlett funeral home where services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. Rev. LEE Shane will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
Active pallbearers will be L. W. Woodard, Doyle Parkins, William Asbury, Oliver Carver, Johnny Parsons and H. D. Parsons, Jr.
