Patricia "Patsy" Ann Alford died on August 6, 2012 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born on April 21, 1958 in Jackson, Mississippi. Her parents and grandparents precede her in death. Survivors include brother - Danny, sisters - Debbie and Tina and aunt, Betty. She is also survived by the light of her life: son - Joshua Wingate and grandson, Donnie. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, niece and friend.

Patsy grew up in the Midwest City-Del City area. She is a 1976 graduate of Del City High School. She was a woman of great spiritual faith and accepted Christ as her Savior in her early adult life. Throughout Patsy's life she faced many challenges and obstacles, but her faith was the key ingredient to a successful life. Patsy had a smile that warmed your heart. Her laugh was infectious and reflected her kind and gentle spirit. Her home was a testimony of her grace and giving spirit. She was a friend to many and offered encouraging words, prayers and any help you needed. When you were Patsy's friend, you had a prayer warrior and friend forever.

Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at the Barnes Friederich Funeral Home.,1820 S. Douglas Blvd., Midwest City, OK 73130. Private burial following.
