Mary died in Allegheny City according to the interment book, but the PA death certificate stated that she died in O'Hara Township at #8 Spring Avenue. At age 59 years and 3 months she developed pleuro pneumonia. The secondary cause was written as chronic bronchitis of several months duration. Interment on November 8, 1907. J. Willison and Son of Cedar Avenue in Allegheny was named as the undertaker.
