Mary Frances "Granny" Foutch, 86, of Lawrenceburg, IN, formerly of Aurora, IN, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012 in Lawrenceburg, IN.
She was born Tuesday, May 11, 1926 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Daughter of the late James Williams and the late Laura Goodpaster Williams.
She worked as a Dispatcher for Royal Coach Ambulance & Taxi Service. Prior to that she also worked at King Kwik & Stop-N-Go and at Manchester Udder Delight Ice Cream Parlor.
She was a member of the Lawrenceburg Wesleyan Church, a former member of the Manchester Fire & Rescue Auxiliaries and the Aurora Eagles Auxiliary.
Mary enjoyed cake decorating for weddings, birthdays and all occasions.
Her favorite past time was time spent with her family and friends. Her grandchildren were the joy of her heart. She was affectionately known as "Granny" by all ages. Her loving and nurturing were experienced by all who knew her.
Surviving are Sons, Wayne (Dallie) Foutch of Batesville, IN, James ( Jean) Foutch of Lawrenceburg, IN, Larry (Sue) Foutch of Greendale, IN; Daughters, Sheila (Bill) Russick of Lawrenceburg, IN, Sharon (Paul) Eckstein of Lawrenceburg, IN, Robin (Bo) Russell of Milan, IN, Rhonda (Kenny) Trentman of Greendale, IN; 18 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren 1 Gr. Gr. Grandchild expected in September. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ercel Foutch.
Friends will be received 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana. Services will be held at the Funeral Home, Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 11:00 am with Pastor Mark Kesson officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Aurora, IN.
