Funeral services for Victor G Behre, Raleigh Machinist, were held here Monday and interment took place at Montlawn Memorial Park. The REv Clarence A Norman, pastor of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, was in charge.
Mr Behre was born in 1883 and had made his home in Raleigh for a number of years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs Annie R Behre, one daughter, Mrs R L Ward, Jr, and a son, Ernest H Behre, all of Raleigh. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Mrs Thornton Long, Winston-Salem; Mrs Alphonse Whollund, Salisbury; Mrs JD McNeill, Greensboro; Mrs Sue Betty and Amelia Behre, Spencer; LH Behre, Greenwood, SC; Godfriend and Augusta Behre, Spencer; and his stepmother, Mrs Adolphe Behre, Spencer.
