SHAW, THEODORE F. (Teddy)

Age 46. Late of 109 North Center Street. At Saint Joseph Hospital, Thursday, November 20, 1980, after a lingering illness. Born in Joliet July 27, 1934, a lifetime resident. Graduate of St. John's Catholic School and Joliet Township High School.
Employed as an operating engineer for the Crown-Trygg Corporation since 1965, retiring 5 years ago due to ill health. Previously associated with his father, T.R. Shaw Trucking and Excavating. Member of The International Union of Operating Engineers Local No. 150.
Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frederic and Myrtle (Spafford) Shaw, maternal grandfather, Rudolph Schauer, also several aunts and uncles.
Surviving are his parents, Theodore R. and Marie M. (Schauer) Shaw.
Grandmother, Minnie (Schemitz) Schauer, two aunts, Emily Schauer all of Joliet and Myrtle Shepley of Gary, IN, one uncle, Richard J. (Geneva) Shaw of Shorewood.
Remains are resting at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, Center at Campbell Streets. Funeral services for Theodore F. Shaw will be Saturday at 9:30am to St. John's Catholic Church for a mass at 10am. Interment St. John's Cemetery. Memorials to the American Heart Association would be appreciated. Visitation Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm.
