South Euclid, Ohio, Wade Keener, Mentor, Ohio, and Grady Keener, Wallace; six sisters, Mrs. Roy (Della) Rogers; Webster Springs, Mrs. Garland (Stella) Brady, Racine, Ohio, Mrs. William (Mary) Brown; Jacobsburg, Ohio; Mrs. Harold (Goldie) Soles, Norton, Ohio, Mrs. Randolph (Nellie) Holbrook, Gassaway, and Mrs. Paul (Navada) Coffin, Troy, Ohio; two brothers, Rev. Thurman Keener, and Noah Keener, both of Warren, Ohio and 12 grandchildren.
One infant daughter and two brothers preceded him in death.
Mr. Keener was a member of the Smith Baptist Church of Wallace, was a retired coal miner, a member of UMWA Local 9854 and was a former employee of the Clinchfield Compass No. 2 Mine.
