OBITUARY
Eileen Rose Anderson, 68, resident of the Chippewa Manor Nursing Home, formerly of Cadott, died Friday, May 1, 1992, at St. Joseph Hospital in Chippewa Falls. She was born Sept. 28, 1923 in Cadott, the daughter of Florence (McGrath) and Robert Frank McKay. She grew up in the Cadott area and married Thomas Anderson on Aug. 15, 1941. Following their marriage, they lived in Cadott. After the death of her husband in 1960, she moved to the Cornell Lake Nursing Home. In 1966, she moved to the Chippewa Manor Nursing Home where she has since resided.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Charles, in 1981; one sister, Doris; and two brothers, Thomas and Reginald McKay. Survivors include four sons, Jerald T. Anderson of Oceano, Calif., Ronald F. of Cadott, Richard A. of Fond du Lac and Steven J. of Chippewa Falls; two daughters, Sandra Carbon of Midlothian, Ill. and Debbie Hanson of LaCrosse; three sisters, Gean Willkom of Cadott, Shirley Lizusso of Franklin Park, Ill., and Margaret Havens of Santa Cruz, Calif.; and 13 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Cadott with Father Thomas Crowley officiating. Burial will be at St. Rose Cemetery, Cadott. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Leiser Funeral Home, where there will be a Christain vigil service at 8 p.m. Sunday.
