Richard A. Adams, age 60, of Crestview, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012. He was born on Oct. 23, 1951, in Clinton County, Ohio, and had lived in Okaloosa County since 1973.
He had been the owner/operator of Adams Hauling, LLC since 1973.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Heath Adams; children, Jonitta (Daniel) Bell, Richard L. Adams, Chad (Robyn) Adams and Kelli Thomas; brothers, Rick Adams and Homer Adams; sisters, Brenda Wright and Sheila Sloan; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were on Thursday, June 7, at 7:30 p.m., with a visitation 30 minutes before, in the chapel at Brackney Funeral Service, Crestview. Arrangements provided by Brackney Funeral Service.
