Mr. Tyree died on Monday at 8:10pm at the Nex Hospital in San Antonio.
He was born on Oct. 24, 1896 to Robert Gleghorn Tyree and Elizabeth Lester. He was married on May 14, 1916 in Wrightsboro to Mamie Bell Turner, and the family home was on Route 3,where Mr. Tyree was a rancher. He was a 62 year member of the Gonzales Woodmen of the World.
He is survived by his wife; one sister, Miss Emma Tyree and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers for the funeral were W.T. Miller, Shelby Baker, Harrell Frederick, Leonard Frederick, Buster Lindermann, Duart Weathers and Jack Van Cleve
