SHIRK - At the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Addie E. Askew, 97 Seaboard Avenue, South Norfolk, Monday evening, February 12, 1912, at 8:30 o'clock, SARAH JANE SHIRK widow of Benjamin Shirk, native of Williamsport, O., aged 66 years.
Funeral services from the above residence WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock.
Interment in Magnolia Cemetery. Friends cordially invited.

MRS. SARAH JANE SHIRK
Mrs. Sarah Jane Shirk died last evening at 8:30 o'clock at her home, 97 Seaboard Avenue, after a lingering illness, aged 66 years. She was a widow of the Benjamin Shirk and a native of Williamsport, Ohio, but had been living in this section several years.
She is survived by three children, Mrs. Addie E. Askew, South Norfolk, with whom she lived, C.H. Shirk, Richmond and L.B. Shirk, Denver, Col. and three sisters, Mrs. Terry Lyons, Mrs. E.M. Seyner and G.B. Shirk, Ohio.
The funeral will be conducted from the residence Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock and the interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
