Mary Ross Daniels, age 77, a resident of Albuquerque since 1989, passed away on July 20, 2010.
Mary is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dinah and Peter Pierotti and grandchildren, Philip and Caroline of Albuquerque. Mary is survived by her sister, Kathrine Demsey, of Media, Pennsylvania and her companion, Byron Sierer of Albuquerque.
Mary was preceded in death by her son, Edmund Winthrop Daniels.
Mrs. Daniels received her B.S. and M.A. degrees from the University of Tulsa and worked as a speech pathologist in public schools in Montana, New Hampshire, and Albuquerque.
A member of St. John's Cathedral, she served on the alter guild and sang in the choir there. Mary was also a member of the Tennis Club of Albuquerque, the Junior League of Albuquerque, and was a member and past president of Chapter AH, P.E.O. Sisterhood.
A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cathedral of St. John. Inurnment will follow in the Columbarium at the Cathedral of St. John.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Cathedral of St. John, 318 Silver Ave., SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102.
