William Boeckman, well known mason contractor, died at the hospital yesterday
afternoon of pneumonia. He had recently undergone an operation for appendicitis
and was rapidly recovering when he suffered the fatal attack.
Mr. Boeckman was well known and was formerly in partnership with Gustave Aumann.
Born in this city on June 10, 1874, deceased was 44 years of age. He is survived
by his widow and four children, Esther, Adolph, Rudolph and William.

Four brothers, Henry and Louis, this city, Frederick of Wausau and Ernst of
Sheboygan and three Mrs. Louis Wegner, this city and Mrs. sisters, Mrs. Seldon
Lawerence, Kiel, Emil Krause, of Milwaukee also survive. Three half-brothers and
three half-sisters also survive.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the late home, Rev.
Grether officiating.

Mrs. Fred Boekman(sic) of Butler, Wis., and Mrs. August Bunt, of Port
Washington, have returned to their homes after having been here to attend the
funeral of the late William Boeckman.
