CARL F. BOLDT

Charles Frederick Boldt, 68, a native of this city, died Sunday morning
at the farm home in Liberty, three miles south of Valders. He had been
ill the past 10 months.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. from the Berge funeral
home, Valders. The Rev. E.C. Schroeder of the Liberty Lutheran church will
officiate. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery here.
Mr. Boldt was born in this city in 1871 and in 1897 married Miss Alvina
Luedke. He was employed for a number of years at the Smalley company plant
here. Twenty-four years ago he purchased the Anton Lykell farm in Liberty
and moved to the farm.
Survivors are the widow; two sons, Roy and Arnold of Liberty; three daughters,
Mrs. Alvin Stock, of route 3, Manitowoc, Mrs. Erwin Busse of this city, Mrs.
Elmer Selle of Manitowoc Rapids; brother, William of Racine, Wis.; three
sisters, Mrs. Minnie Erdman of this city, Miss Tina Boldt and Mrs. Earnest
Krueger of Two Rivers.
The body may be viewed at the Berge funeral home.
