EVA DETTMAN
Mrs. Julius F. Dettman, of 415 N. 5th St., Manitowoc, died Friday evening at
Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Private funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Monday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral
Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Gervase Zanotti will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Dettman, nee Eva Munger, was born at DePere, daughter of the late Captain
Joseph and Emma Harp Munger. She was married to Julius Dettman March 30, 1907,
at Chicago. The couple located at Manitowoc. Mrs. Dettman was the oldest member
of the Eastern Star, a member of the Elks Auxiliary and a former secretary of the
North Side Ladies Relief Society. Her husband preceded her in death in 1961.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Georgie Dithmar, of Manitowoc. A daughter,
Josephine, preceded her in death in 1965.
There will be no visitation.
