Mrs. Edith Koskamp, 71, of 716A S. 23rd St., Manitowoc, died Friday at Holy
Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where she was a patient eight months.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 2:15
p.m. at St. James Episcopal Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. William Harvey will
officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Koskamp, nee Edith George, was born Feb. 18, 1897, at Sheboygan Falls,
daughter of the late Edgar and Pearl Dunn George, and was married there to
John D. Koskamp Jan. 12, 1916. The couple came to Manitowoc in 1918, and he
died June 8, 1958. She had been a choir member, and belonged to the Church’s
Faith Guild, Order of Eastern Star, and the Woman’s Club.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Richard Mueller of Manitowoc and Miss
Joan of Redwood City, Calif., a son, George, of Pine Hill, N.J.; five grand-
children and a great granddaughter. A sister preceded her in death.
