Mrs. Alvina E. Pech, 69, of Route 1, Whitelaw, a lifelong resident of the Town of Kossuth, died Thursday evening in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. For the past 15 years Mrs. Pech had made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Edward Rozum.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville. The Rev. Paul H. Blaufuss will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Pech, nee Alvina Trochil, was born June 17, 1910, in the Town of Kossuth, daughter of the late Frank and Ida Skarivoda Trochil. She was married to Joseph M. Pech Dec. 13, 1947. He preceded her in death Jan. 11, 1961. She was a member of Melnik Homemakers Club, Kellnersville-Maribel Senior Citizens, Western Fraternal Life Association No. 20 of Melnik and Women of the Moose of Aurora, Ill.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Betty Pilger of Costa Mesa, Calif., a niece, Mrs. Donald (Marion) La Rose of Two Rivers, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Two sisters, Emily and Blanche, preceded her in death.
Friends may call in Saur Funeral Home after 6 p.m. Sunday and Monday until the time of service.
